Lindsay :How do you store the flour to ensure it stays fresh? I'd love to stock up the next time I see a sale, but I'm nervous about storage.

Have you considered the 25lb bags? I don't use all that much flour but I am thinking of starting to buy stuff in bulk.
Costco has the only price I can really find online and they are selling 25lb bags of ConAgra AP for $7.10. That's $1.42 a 5lb bag sure but when you get caught it might not be so bad.
