Food Waste Photo-10.31

Two lowly pieces of French Toast are in my picture this week. I actually had several opportunities to eat these, but I was exceedingly unmotivated. For some reason, leftover French Toast is very unappealing to me, and I decided that I felt more like throwing them away than eating them. I am ashamed.

If only I had scraped up some motivation, I could have had a no-waste week(my second ever!). Ah well…it’s not like I wasted a lot of money, or filled up my trash can with my waste. And there’s always next week!

I love leftover french toast. I turn it into a pb&j sandwich (ham and cheese is also pretty good). Also if you put it in the toaster, it comes out just a good as fresh.

AG, I like bread pudding. I never thought to use French toast for it, though.

Amber, it has been VERY motivating for me. I say give it a shot!

Mrs. Green, I'm thrilled to have you back. :)

Bethany, I wish you'd been here to eat it! lol

Maybe if I start taking pictures of the leftovers we throw out on Tuesdays, I would be more motivated to eat the leftovers.

    Thanks for the idea.
