For my mom. Guess what Zoe learned to do on vacation??

Swim by herself, that’s what!

And she’s pretty pleased about it.

She’s using a floaty egg on her back, of course, but up until now she’s needed someone’s hand in addition to the egg.

Yay for Zoe!

P.S.-This summer my mom helped Zoe practice her swimming, so I knew she’d be gratified to see that her efforts have paid off.

Swimming is the only thing I insist my kids learn. Being comfortable in society is nice, being comfortable in water is a must. It's amazing what a confidence booster just knowing how to get from one edge of a pool to the other is. Zoe may one day decide to live at the water's edge and because of you (and your mom!), she will be able to enjoy that water without any doubts. Good job moms!
