Thursday is a quiet day on the blog for me, but I’m popping in to tell you that Lisey and I baked a little something in honor of 3.14.
We cheated a little because neither of us likes true pie very much. 😉

I made this and my family and I are pretty sure it is the best thing ever. I instagramed a pic and had to link to your recipe for all the folks swooning.

I'm not a real pie person either, so for dinner I'm making a beef pot "pi". =)

just checked out the recipe, chocolate chip cookie pie sounds so delicious! This is definitely something I would make! Have to save this one! :-) - and happy Pi Day! ;-)

I'm a math teacher. For Pi Day, I'm teaching my students the game Sprouts (check out the beginning of the wikipedia entry for the rules). It is pretty simple to learn how to play but has some nice nuances in the strategy. I think your kids would like it. (And it's frugal---all you need is a pencil and paper, or a stick and some dirt.)
