Ahh, the sign is posted as you walk from the beach into the condo building...they want to try to minimize the amount of sand tracked inside.

My favorite sign was spotted while I was in a courthouse going to traffic school. Posted on the door, a very large (about 12x12) sign that said "No Smoking", then a much smaller (about 4x4) and difficult-to-read sign that said "No Guns, Weapons, or Drugs." I just cracked up!! Have fun...
