Amazing Korean Grilled Short Ribs

While they might not be a very frugal purchase, for those of us who buy portions of a cow, it IS frugal to use up all the beef we bring home. So, that’s why I’m sharing it.

Ingredients

– Pear – Garlic – Ginger – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Sugar – Rice vinegar – Meat

Instructions

Combine pear, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar in a food processor and process until smooth.

Pour a third of the marinade into a pan or bowl, add the meat, and top with the rest of the marinade.

Heat grill on high for 15 minutes. Place ribs on grill, and cook, flipping frequently, until both sides are well-browned.
