Easter Bears

You can use the dough to make a bunny (I’ve done it before), but habits are hard to break, and so to me, bear bread seems very appropriate for an Easter breakfast.

Ingredients

– Active dry yeast – Milk – Sugar – Butter – Salt – Eggs – Flour

Instructions

First, dissolve 2 packages of yeast.

Step: 1

Then heat the milk, butter, sugar, and salt together to about 110 degrees F.

Add the warm milk mixture to the yeast mixture along with about 3 cups of the flour.

Add enough additional flour to make a soft dough, turn out onto a floured surface, and knead for 3-5 minutes.
