Easy Strawberry Freezer Jam

This is the strawberry jam my mom always made when I was growing up. It’s super easy and super delicious. If you can operate a spoon, you can make this jam.

Ingredients

– Strawberries – Sugar – Pectin – Water

Instructions

Combine crushed berries and sugar in a large bowl.

Step: 1

Whisk pectin and water together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Boil and stir for one minute.

Step: 4

Pour or ladle into freezer-safe containers. Store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
