No-Yeast, No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread

If yeast bread baking makes you shake in your boots, today is a good day for you!

It’s a quick bread (a bread leavened with baking powder and baking soda instead of yeast), which means there’s no kneading and no rising.

Ingredients

– Whole wheat flour – White flour – Oatmeal – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt

Instructions

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients except the brown sugar together in a bowl.
