Slow Cooker Japanese Pork and Ramen Soup

The first time I made it, I went with a half batch, and that fit fine in my ancient slow cooker. But the next time, I made a double batch and ended up having to do in a pot on the stove.

Ingredients

– onions – garlic – ginger – oil – chicken broth – mushrooms – pork ribs – ramen noodles – baby spinach – white miso – soy sauce

Instructions

I salted and peppered my ribs.

Step: 1

And then I browned them (in a little bacon grease) on the stovetop.

Step: 3

I add my onions to the pot, and cook them until they’re softened.

Step: 4

Cook the ribs for 7-8 hours on low, or 4-5 hours on high.
