Spiced Squash Muffins Recipe 

Like the other muffin recipes I’ve shared, this one is fairly simple, especially if you have butternut squash ready to go.

These are super-duper easy to make, so if you’ve only ever tried making corn muffins from a mix, you should give this a try! I promise it will only take maybe 2 minutes longer than the mix.

Ingredients

– All-purpose flour – Brown sugar – Baking powder – Ground cinnamon – Salt – Ground ginger

Instructions

To make these muffins (er, cupcakes?), mix the dry ingredients together.

Next, mix the wet ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix gently, just until everything is almost combined.

Step: 4

To make the streusel topping, you’ll need butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
