Swiss Mushroom Chicken

This dish isn’t at all hard to make, and it tastes kind of like Chicken Cordon Bleu, except I like it better!

Ingredients

– Boneless skinless chicken breast – Butter-flavored crackers – Salt – Fresh mushrooms – Butter – Deli ham – Swiss cheese

Instructions

First, you’ll need to crush up some Ritz crackers.

Place the crumbs in a round cake pan or pie plate and add salt.

Next, whisk an egg in a separate bowl.

Step: 4

To bread the chicken, dip each piece into the beaten egg and then into the cracker crumbs, coating each side.
