The Best Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This recipe features thin chicken breast coated with Parmesan cheese and cooked until the cheese forms a crispy crust. Simple yet delicious.

Ingredients

– Chicken breasts – All-purpose flour – Parmesan cheese – Egg whites – Olive oil – Lemon

Instructions

Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally and then pound them until they’re 1/4″ thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
